Michael Tucker Mathematics Scholarship
The Tucker scholarship is awarded to a Mathematics major at Humboldt State University who demonstrates outstanding promise in mathematics. Amounts and numbers of scholarships are estimates, dependent on funding.

- Please submit a document listing all college mathematics courses taken in chroNological order. Freshmen should also include any math courses taken in your Junior or Senior years of High School. For each course, please include the course title, instructor's name, the school at which it was taken, the semester and year it was taken, and the grade you received in the course.
- Please attach a document listing any math related experiences while at HSU/community college (research experience, meetings or conferences attended, contest participation, internships, workshops, tutoring, grading, Math club, etc). For each item, please indicate your instructor or supervisor, if applicable, and the semester and year this activity occurred.
- 1. A list of all college-level mathematics courses taken. The list should be in chronological order and include semester, year, course name, course number, institution, instructor, and grade. Freshman applicants should list courses taken in their last two years of high school.
