Frances Marie Fisher Memorial Scholarship

The Frances Fisher Scholarship is awarded with first preference to the child of an Arcata Police Officer, or to assist underprivileged students who are residents in Humboldt County in the pursuit of their college education at Humboldt. Amounts and numbers of scholarships are estimates, dependent on funding.
