Frank and Carolan Walker Scholarship

The Frank & Carolyn Walker Scholarship is given to a resident of Humboldt or Del Norte County. Must demonstrate financial need as determined by the FAFSA or the California Dream Act Application. Amounts and numbers of scholarships are estimates, dependent on funding.
