Athletic Social, Equity, & Accountability (SEA) Scholarship

The Jacks Social Equity & Accountability (SEA) scholarship will be awarded to one (1) male sport participant and one (1) female sport participant chosen by the Cal Poly Humboldt Athletics Social Equity & Accountability Committee. Applicants must be a student athlete on an active/official Humboldt NCAA athletic team roster at time of application and must be eligible to compete in the upcoming academic year to receive this aid. They must also be enrolled full time.

Criteria:

  • Must be a student athlete on an active/official Cal Poly Humboldt NCAA athletic team roster at time of application and must be eligible to compete in the upcoming academic year to receive this aid.
  • Personal statement: What does social, equity and accountability mean to you? How do you demonstrate these principles in your athletic and academic pursuits? How do they inform your leadership in these domains and beyond? [1-page single space maximum].
