The Joan Boynton Frakes Memorial Scholarship

The purpose of the Fund is to support students who are pursuing a degree in education, with an emphasis on secondary education(grades 6 – 12), providing a minimum of a $1,000 scholarship award annually. Must demonstrate financial need as determined by the FAFSA or California Dream Act Application.
