Smullin Scholarship
Recipients of the Smullin scholarship must be graduates of a High School in Humboldt, Del Norte, Shasta, Trinity, Siskiyou, Tehama, Modoc, Lassen or Butte county and believe in and support the free enterprise philosophy. Scholarship is renewable up to four years. Amounts and numbers of scholarships are estimates, dependent on funding.
